Welcome to Fatherhood
In May, CHIOP met with members of the local non for profit organization, Welcome to Fatherhood (WTF) , to provide practical and actionable I/O solutions in areas of improving Organizational Communication and Recruitment/Selection for board members.
In this Peer to Peer discussion, CHIOP will follow up with WTF to check-in on their progress and the impact of implementing the solutions that were provided to them in the May session. We look forward to meeting with WTF again!
