With the changing of the seasons, we happened to be focusing on
Change Management at CHIOP this month :)
For our Peer-to-Peer Discussion, change is constant, but the methods we use to lead it can always be refined.
This interactive Peer-to-Peer Discussion is an opportunity to learn from and share with fellow change practitioners. Beth Melillo will open the conversation by outlining the six classes of tools she finds most critical for influencing successful outcomes. She will draw on her extensive experience across HR, OD, and diverse change initiatives.
Bring your toughest change challenges and be ready to discuss the practical strategies, frameworks, and personal approaches you rely on to get the job done.
