Eric Brasher (Panelist)

Eric Brasher is a Senior Organizational Development Consultant at Advocate Health Care.  Advocate is a faith-based, not-for-profit, integrated health system in Illinois, with more than 30,000 associates and 250 sites of care, including 10 acute-care hospitals and 2 children's hospitals.  In his 15 years of professional experience, Eric has also held internal consulting positions with United Airlines and PetSmart, as well as external consulting and program management roles with a test publisher that is now part of Vangent.  Eric has frequently worked with test publishers to design and implement assessment systems for talent management.  His other areas of expertise include surveys and metrics, performance management, leadership, and organizational change.  He has also taught several undergraduate and graduate courses in psychology. Eric recently served as President of Chicago Industrial-Organizational Psychologists, a local professional organization.  He has presented and reviewed sessions for SIOP and other conferences.  His publications include four journal articles and an edited book.  Eric earned his M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Ohio University and B.A. from the University of Texas.

Tom Mason (Panelist)

As Principal of TWMason, a leadership consulting firm founded in 2012, Tom Mason provides executive assessment and coaching, leadership development and talent management consulting. He is an Industrial and Organizational Psychologist by training and affiliation. Prior to TWMason,  he spent nearly 18 years with PDI, a global HR consulting firm, including a dozen years as Vice President & General Manager of the Chicago office and five years as Vice President of the Midwest Region. Before joining PDI, he was a consultant with Jeanneret & Associates in Houston, and prior to that he was an independent Industrial and Organizational Psychologist in Tennessee. While working full-time in consulting, he's also held visiting or adjunct faculty appointments at the University of Tennessee (Statistics, College of Business), Rice University (Psychology), University of Houston (Psychology) and Elmhurst College (Industrial/ Organizational Psychology). After earning a BS in Biology and Psychology from Elmhurst College, he spent six years in business before earning a PhD in I/O Psychology, with a minor in Statistics, from the University of Tennessee. He's been licensed in Tennessee as both a Psychological Examiner and a Psychologist, and he is currently licensed as a Psychologist in Texas.

Jennifer Fron (Panelist)

Jennifer Fron is a Human Resources Business Partner at BMO Harris Bank a part of BMO Financial Group.  Established in 1817 as Bank of Montreal, BMO Financial Group is a highly diversified financial services organization. With total assets of $542 billion as of January 31, 2013, and more than 46,000 employees globally, BMO provides a broad range of retail banking, wealth management and investment banking products and solutions.  Jennifer joined BMO in 2006 as an intern in Human Resources and began full-time employment upon completing her Master's Degree in 2008.  She began in the Talent Management Division working on projects related to Succession Planning, Career Development, Leadership Staffing, Executive and Sr. Leader Onboarding, Employee Recognition and the U.S. Internship Program.  She moved into her current role as HR Business Partner in 2010 in which she partners with line of business leaders and HR colleagues to ensure the needs of the business, strategies, workforce realities and upcoming changes are well understood and incorporated into business strategies, plans and programs.  Jennifer earned her M.S. in Personnel and Human Resource Development from the Illinois Institute of Technology and B.S. in Psychology and Sociology from Bradley University.
