Competencies are an integral part of an organization’s talent management system, however far too often they are developed as a stand-alone tool. When this occurs, competencies fail to become ingrained in the organization’s talent management culture. This session will discuss the various types of competency models and several ways that organizations can integrate competencies into their human capital processes.
