Shelomi Gomes is an executive leadership consultant and founder of HümEIQ Inc. She consults on talent development, leading a diverse workforce, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness; supporting senior executives and top talent in growing their leadership skills and qualities to a path to success within their organizations. Shelomi has published research on millennials in the workplace and has recently researched minority women leaderships' career trajectory experiences. She recently graduated with her PhD. from Roosevelt University.
Melanie P. Standish is an Industrial/Organizational Psychology PhD student at the Illinois Institute of Technology and a program manager at the National Center for Healthcare Leadership. Her research focuses on leader identity, competency modeling and leadership development. She is particularly interested in conducting research in the healthcare sector, where leadership often has an immediate impact on the lives of others. Melanie currently holds an M.S. in I/O Psychology and a B.S. in Psychology from Illinois Tech.
Saina Yu is a Talent Acquisition Partner at Weee! Inc. He partners with cross-functional leaders to envision short-term and long-term talent roadmaps, design positions, evaluate impacts, build talent pipelines, and communicate to candidates. Together, Weee! brings exciting assortments to multicultural America, and makes ethnic groceries accessible and affordable. Saina graduated with a Master's Degree in I/O Psychology from Illinois Tech in 2019.
