How to Create a Coaching Culture within your Organization

Every organization has hidden resources that they aren't using effectively. Think about how much time managers spend trying to help a member of their team with something they themselves don't know much about. How much time do employees stay stuck or unsure of how to proceed because they are doing something new? Now imagine if the employee could connect with anybody in the organization who had the skills they need to keep moving forward. How much time could frontline employees and managers save, while getting the job done faster? That is the power of a coaching culture.

Seth Connors will talk about the quickest way to develop a coaching culture: a groundbreaking new approach called self-directed performance coaching. This model puts the employee in charge of their own learning experience, providing just-in-time, bite-sized, skills-based coaching to keep key projects and initiatives moving. This method has shown to increase employee engagement, build strategic networks that break down organizational silos, and even boost productivity by as much as 88%. You won't want to miss it!
